After the first day of June 2020, but no later than the last day of December 2021, the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) governing the transaction must be executed (signed) between the purchaser and the developer to be effective.
The HOC is only applicable to homes sold between the first day of June 2020 and the last day of December 2021.
It is available to all Malaysian buyers, and there is no restriction to the number of purchases that may be made.
